1000-Lb Sisters Spoilers – Tammy Views Funeral As ‘Fun’?!

Tammy Slaton feels upset with TLC producers, shared an insider. And the source shared that the 37-year-old 1000-Lb Sisters star claimed producers were “forcing drama” at the funeral for Tammy’s late husband Caleb Willingham. Although Caleb and Tammy struggled with their relationship, she reportedly viewed him as her best friend. And the 1000-Lb Sisters star organized the gathering to celebrate Caleb’s life, according to OK magazine.

But as Slaton gathered with friends and family including her sister Amy, the group actually enjoyed themselves. And the insider shared that the actual event did not feel as tragic as producers faked. “The filming of the funeral was ‘completely not natural,'” alleged the source. 

And the insider shared that TLC producers included “things put in there to make it seem sad when it really wasn’t that sad. People were having fun,” added the insider. “But [TLC producers] made it depressing.” And clips from the memorial service revealed Tammy looking heartbroken as she cried in a chair. She donned a black dress, sometimes rocking back and forth and receiving comfort from her family.

1000-Lb Sisters Spoilers – Tammy Lost Her Best Friend

However, Tammy truly did mourn the loss of her husband, shared an insider. The two had met in a rehabilitation center amid treatment for obesity and food addiction. “They were best friends and were supporters of each other in the clinic,” revealed the source. “And [his death is] devastating for her.”

But the 1000-Lb Sisters star learned from her late husband’s passing. And the insider shared, “She told me she could have easily been him.” Tammy watched as Caleb failed to care for himself. And he reportedly gained 30 pounds.

“Tammy went through the same experience that Caleb did and wanted him to get better,” added the source. “But he just didn’t have a drive. She didn’t have the drive for a bit and was struggling with alcohol abuse and not caring,” recalled the source. “And I think Caleb had the same mindset of ‘I’ve already done this to myself, I’m already this big, there’s no turning back.'”

However, Tammy did not relapse amid the tough times, said the insider. And the source noted, “She isn’t emotionally relapsing or going back on her diet. She’s doing great.” And as the funeral revealed, the 1000-Lb Sisters star does benefit from friends and family to support her.
