Hallmark – Offered Hunter King Her Dream Gig
Hunter King felt thrilled when Hallmark offered her a multi-picture opportunity. And The Young And The Restless actress inked the deal with the channel famed for its TV movies. But when King moved from soap operas to Hallmark, she left behind a significant legacy.
And soon after Hunter first appeared as Summer Newman on The Young And The Restless, she celebrated her 19th birthday amid seeking to turn the role into a fan fave. However, King did leave for awhile in 2017. But the actress then returned in 2018. And she also appeared on prime-time TV in Life in Pieces, noted Soap Hub.
However, in 2021, Hunter departed from the Young And The Restless once more. And just prior to the news of her new deal with Hallmark in November 2022, King made two films. Hidden Gems and Nikki and Nora: Super Sleuths both delighted.

Hallmark – Gives Hunter King ‘So Much To Love’
And both A Royal Corgi Christmas and The Professional Bridesmaid proved that Hunter made the right decision to move from The Young And The Restless to Hallmark. “Oh my gosh. I mean, there’s so much to love about working for Hallmark,” gushed King. “I think one of the things that I love most about working for Hallmark is that there are always just such happy sets to work on as well as such happy scripts.”
And The Young And The Restless alum praised Hallmark for becoming famous “for making people smile and bringing joy to people’s homes.” But Hunter revealed that working at Hallmark offers the same joy. “And it’s the same as on set,” added The Young And The Restless alum. “I mean, the sets are always such a blast, and the people are always so lovely to work with, both in front of the camera and behind the camera.”
King will soon appear on Hallmark in The Santa Summit. And the movie premieres November 5 as part of Hallmark’s Countdown to Christmas lineup. The film features a town’s yearly Santa Summit, giving residents the chance to wear Santa suits and visit different locations for food, fun, and drink.
And three best friends team up to visit the annual Santa Summit this year. Jordin (Hunter King) is a art teacher whose romance recently ended. And while shy Ava hopes to see her crush, Stella doesn’t feel that thrilled about the event. However, Jordin then meets up with Liam (Benjamin Hollingsworth).
