General Hospital spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is on cloud nine thinking about marrying Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). February just couldn’t come soon enough and Sonny’s plan to elope much sooner struck Nina as just the thing she needs right now. Stressful wedding plans have kept Nina distracted and frustrated.

She just wants to move forward with her life with Sonny, and if he’s offering to make her his wife, she knows she would be crazy to pass on his offer. But can she really go through with marrying him given all the secrets she is keeping? Not if Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) has anything to say about it.

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Nina have come a long way since their romance was torched by his lies. Now, Nina is in a similar position, but this time, she’s the liar.

Rumor has it Nina is going to open up to Valentin soon in a brand new way. Perhaps his recent crisis with Charlotte brought him and Nina closer together than either of them realized at the time.

Nina did him a favor that she knows he would never want Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) or anyone else to learn the truth about.

So, maybe he’s the safest person for her to turn to about her secrets from Sonny — especially since Ava Jerome (Maura West) won’t be returning her calls.

What Nina won’t be expecting when she tells Valentin what she’s done is that Charlotte has her ear to the door.

The angsty teenager seems to be lurking around the corner at rather opportune times as of late, and she isn’t going to like the idea of Nina marrying Sonny in a matter of days.

Fans have been rather suspicious that she might want to see her dad split up with Anna and head back to his new home with Nina, her former step mommy, in tow.

If that’s the case, Charlotte could spill the beans about Nina’s SEC secrets on purpose just to light her engagement with Sonny on fire.

General Hospital Spoilers — What Does She Have in Store?

Nina is going to eat some serious crow when she has to tell Valentin about the magnitude of lies she has told to Sonny.

She may now fully understand just what kind of position Valentin was in before when he lied to her and pretended Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) was her long lost daughter.

She may be able to trust that Valentin will never break her trust, but Charlotte’s loose lips are self-serving.

Will she make sure Sonny finds out the truth just in time to call off the wedding, or is she going to see to it that someone else interrupts their happy day. Someone like…Carly Spencer (Laura Wright)?
