Prince William and Kate Middleton are traveling to France for the second time in just one short month to attend the Rugby World Cup.

Some critics out there think that the Prince and Princess of Wales are probably doing this on purpose to quell all of the criticism that William got when he refused to attend the Women’s World Cup in Australia this past summer. Here’s what you need to know.

According to new reports, both William and Kate are flying to France to watch the last few games of the Rugby World Cup. But there’s a chance that they won’t be watching the games together.

Some critics think that the Prince and Princess of Wales are just doing this to turn some of their wrongs into rights.

They want to also be seen cheering on their home teams, especially after Prince William got blasted for not supporting The Lionesses even though he is the president of the Football Association.

It goes without saying that many royal fans and critics alike have had a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some have even commented with, “I’m pretty sure that they won’t travel together again. Their respective teams are playing on different days… and after that, their break begins due to school term… perhaps, they have scheduled their vacations and France is the intermediate station to their destination,” along with, “Man they really are still trying to compete with the Invictus games aren’t they with all this travel to sporting events. Too bad they couldn’t even be tasked with wishing their veterans good luck at Invictus.”

Another critic wrote, “I know this is about trying to escape the world cup criticism but it just makes it worse, because it’s clear they will travel multiple times for men’s sports and not at all for women’s.”
