Todd Chrisley moved to an Alabama prison for supposedly complaining about the prison conditions. New details about his move emerged.
Todd could get transferred to Montgomery Federal Prison Camp, otherwise known as Maxwell Federal Prison Camp. Read on to learn more.
Todd Chrisley Gets Transferred
Todd and Savannah Chrisley have a whistleblower. The informant shared a long letter with the reality star. It confirms the allegations that the warden tried to punish Todd for his complaints. He spoke out about the poor conditions, including the expired food and mold.
This could come back to bite him. Warden Saulsberry from FCI Pensacola allegedly wants Todd moved to another prison.
According to the long letter that Savannah posted on Instagram, it could make the new prison authorities more suspicious of the television personality. The Warden also shared that it could mean these “two weeks” of jail time could result in loss of “FCA credits.”
“Even though everyone knows that [Jackson and Chrisley] are getting ready to sue, Saulsberry and her cronies are hell-bent on retaliating against them…Saulsberry, Cheatham, Bartfai, Berg, even Gignilliat and Ruly, have all been meeting to get their stories straight about Jackson and Chrisleys’ mail theft and the mishandling of their CARES Act,” the Instagram post reads. “They think if they’re gone from the camp, everything stops and they get rid of their liabilities…”
Todd Chrisley is being transferred due to the “failed mold inspection.” The whistleblower mentions that he will end up at Maxwell Prison. It’s a popular prison since it holds many drug offenders and those with white-collar crimes.
According to the Prison Professors website, it’s built a reputation as “being a good place to serve a federal prison term.”
Todd Chrisley Will Be Closer To Family
There seem to be some upsides to this move. He’ll also be closer to his family. Yet, his family isn’t happy about it. Savannah Chrisley claims it’s an act of “retaliation.” She plans to call them out and even share some of the audio recordings.
Savannah argued that Todd Chrisley stood up for his rights. Some of her fans took to the Instagram post to root for her for fighting on behalf of her parents.
However, she also received criticism for the way she handled their situation. She’s shared every part of the process on social media, which critics say isn’t a good look.
What are your thoughts on Todd Chrisley’s transfer? Do you agree that it’s just normal procedure? Do you think the Warden was retaliating against Todd? Sound off below in the comment section.

I don’t think they should be in jail in the first place!! But if they did something wrong then ok, but don’t just mistreat people because of who they are. That’s BS!!
I think the condition’s of the prison should be addressed in every part of the prison just because they are imates they should still be able to have there 4 th amendment rights freedom of speech the Warden should do his job that he gets paid for and make changes.
Crooked prison system doesn’t care about anyone will throw u away when u get behind them doors.united states need 2 do better
BEING in Prison is another platform for Todd to be heard and I can assure the conditions of the Prison is horrible but it’s 98% better than it Use to be because ik I WORKED in DOC in FL Since 1985 and retired in 2019
