British royal family news divulges that the Duke and Duchess of Excess, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, were once hailed as the nova stars who would fix the ailing monarchy—remember the “Markle Sparkle?” Those days are gone. Here’s the timeline of H and M’s spectacularly swift downfall.

Harry and Meghan appeared to have it all even a production company, Archewell Productions, named after their son, Archie. But today the golden couple is tarnished and their production company is the little engine that couldn’t.

Worse than that, they put the wrong people in charge: themselves. According to Borkowski, the Sussexes “drive this ship, they are in the wheelhouse, whether you are the Obamas, or Meghan and Harry you have to defer to people who can really get the job done.”

By ‘drive this ship’ it sounds as if Borkowski found a polite way to say the pair have driven the ship into the ground.

Archewell doesn’t appear to be on solid ground either. There’s been tons of personnel changes since 2020. Meghan’s cartoon “Pearl” said to be about her, was canned by Netflix deal in 2022.

Their $20 million deal with Spotify fell apart in 2023 meaning that “Harry and Meghan have yet to find much success in their audio and video production projects.”

So it should come as no surprise that an inside source told TheWrap, “Everything with them was fraught and complicated because they wanted complete control.”
