GAF star Candace Cameron Bure is in mourning
It was on Wednesday that Bure took to Instagram, sharing some heartwarming photos and revealing that her father-in-law, Vladimir Bure had passed away. Bure was a father to her husband and also a much-loved grandfather to her three children.
In her post, Candace, 46, captioned her post by writing:
Our hearts are broken as we grieve the loss of Val’s dad Vladimir Bure.
“I loved this man so very much. To me, he represented not only the gift of life (my husband) that I am forever grateful for, but one of strength, dedication, motivation, resilience, willpower and love. In my mind, he was the epitome of each of those words, a little bit superhuman in some way,” she wrote.
The Fuller House star went on to commemorate her late father-in-law’s sports career, sharing that he was a “4x Olympic medalist in swimming and a 2x Stanley Cup winning coach for the New Jersey Devils.”
‘Proud father, grandfather, husband and dedicated coach’
