‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Preview Tuesday, September 2: Chase Stunned, Carly’s Fury & Kai’s Redemption

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Tuesday, September 2, 2025. It shows Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) finding a dead body.

Meanwhile, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) wants to make things right with the Ashford family. Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the next episode of the ABC soap opera. (Make sure to check out our weekly GH spoilers, here!)

Kai Taylor’s Opportunity

Let’s start off with Kai, who has now realized the truth about Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). The young man overheard a telling conversation with Drew.

Then, he made a phone call and learned that Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) was investigated because of Drew’s orders.

Next, a crying Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) turns to Kai for help. The young lady begs her boyfriend to help with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). Kai has promised to do everything in his power to make it up to Trina, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), and Portia.

However, that could require Kai continuing to play nice with Drew. At least, until he comes up with a plan to earn redemption. 

Dead Body Found

Over at the docks, a woman is thrown into the water. Face down, the woman is wearing the same blouse as Judge Eva Heron (Tess Auberjonois) during her talk with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).

However, we know Chase certainly didn’t kill her. That was likely Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). In any case, Danny and Rocco turn to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for help. Later in the week, there is a 911 call. Hopefully, it’s Drew’s death!

Carly Spencer vs Elizabeth Baldwin

General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, September 2 reveal that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has a conflict with Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).

In the preview clip for the next episode, Carly declares that if Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) listens to Drew’s lies, then that’s on her.

While Liz is trying to help Willow the best she can, she will also get a warning from Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). \

Fans will also see Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) confide in Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi). The father says that now Willow is going to have to pay the consequences. 

Meanwhile, Chase learns that Willow has a new way to get the kids back. However, the detective looks worried.
