‘GH’ Early Week Spoilers Sept 29-Oct 3: Drew Fails, Britt’s Nathan Secret, Michael’s Victory

General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 29 reveal a lot of curveballs! Fans can expect Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) plan to fail. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is keeping a secret about Nathan West (Ryan Paevey).

Plus, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) defeats Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Keep reading and let’s talk about what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

Drew Cain’s Failure

Let’s start off with Drew, who has a plan to get a part of the Quartermaine estate. However, he could run into some obstacles and his plan could even fizzle completely.

That might have to do with Erika Slezak coming on board, and she will presumably play Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) long-lost sister. If she is anything like the other Quartermaine women, then Drew better watch out!

Michael Corinthos’ Victory

Over with Michael, he will get a victory. Fans know that Drew plans on making sure Michael goes to prison for the crime of shooting him. Of course, this could also have to do with Willow.

Micahel already suspects that Willow chased Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) and the baby out of Port Charles. However, he has been holding onto his suspicions until she can score some proof or maybe even a confession.

Britt Westbourne’s Secret

General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 29 reveal that Britt is keeping a huge secret. That seems to have to do with Nathan’s sudden return. In the meantime, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will keep trying to earn Britt’s trust back.

Week of September 29, 2025

It is also teased that Britt could continue to have conflict with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) over Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr). Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), she could finally admit her feelings to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).

There is also Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup), who could continue to worry about his fingerprints on the bat at Drew’s house.

What about Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst). The man is still being held hostage in Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) basement.

Anna Davane (Finola Hughes) will investigate Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) involvement in Britt and Nathan’s returns.

There is also the moment when Liesl Obretcht (Kathleen Gati) faces Nathan. Even though fingerprints say it’s Nathan, there could be some trickery here.

There is also whether Nathan even remembers anything, including his own name. If he has amnesia or has been brainwashed, then it might not be such a happy reunion.

Monica’s sister would not be a Q, as mentioned above, but could still be some one for Tracy to banter with. It would not surprise me if Drew did take a page out of Val’s book and create a sister for Monica. I’ve had problems with the letter being found at Drew’s home from day one. I just hope Monica’s home going is not going to be spoiled with Drew foolishness as the actor and character deserve better. GH has enough questionable characters I would hope if a soap legend as ES is coming on board whether as a full time full character or an arc, won’t be pulled into the Drew saga as her presence could bring much better story line to a canvas that needs help spicing up it’s story telling.
