General Hospital spoilers are in for Wednesday, December 24, 2025. In tomorrow’s episode, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) count their blessings.

Liesl Obrecht’s Blessings

Let’s start off with Obrecht, who will be counting her blessings. The doctor isn’t the only one. Both Obrecht and Nina will be so thankful that things are looking up for Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen).

Of course, Nina made a deal with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) and then we also have Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) getting rid of evidence.

There was also the intel that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) got in Tuesday’s episode. Now Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) could both be in legal hot water!

Sonny Corinthos’ Counsel

As Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) struggles with family issues, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gives his son some advice. The mob boss recommends that Dante make it clear that he really is going to be there for Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).

If Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) continues to be blamed, I don’t see a truce between Dante and Rocco. Dante just needs to grow up and do better. Gio is his son too, so start acting like it.

Trina Robinson’s Amends

General Hospital spoilers for tomorrow’s episode reveal that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) made a confession on the stand at Willow’s trial.

The doctor was forced to admit that the night Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) was shot, she was with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson).

All this time, Trina has been really hard on both Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper). With Portia’s courtroom confession, Trina might feel she blamed the wrong person.

Trina might also realize why her mother was trying to keep the pregnancy a secret. So she could figure out who the father was before announcing the baby.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Port Charles will celebrate Christmas Eve. While Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) mopes in front of a tiny Christmas tree, the door opens.

It’s not Carly or even Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke). It just happens to be Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears)!

Meanwhile, Brennan asks someone if they are ready to pull the trigger on Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
