General Hospital Spoilers: Liesl Blows Up Over Nathan & Lulu’s Feelings, Warns Son Stick With Maxie?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) may blow up over Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins Bruening) feelings.

Will Obrecht warn her son to stick with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and avoid going down this romantic road with Lulu?

Nathan and Lulu are indeed falling for each other, so it’s probably just a matter of time until Liesl finds out. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) urged Nathan to let his heart be his guide, but Obrecht may think he’s letting a silly crush confuse him.

Liesl might argue that Nathan is just lonely and latching onto Lulu as a way to cope with Maxie’s coma. Perhaps Obrecht will even accuse Lulu of taking advantage of Nathan and reeling him in while he was vulnerable.

Whatever the case, Liesl may contend that Lulu and Nathan’s relationship would be a giant slap in the face to Maxie. It would be a crushing betrayal that could rock Maxie to the core.

Obrecht may wonder if Nathan really thinks Maxie will approve of her best friend dating her husband – even if he’s not truly her hubby anymore after being declared dead.

Furthermore, Liesl may suggest this is James West’s (Gary James Fuller) chance to finally have his parents together. Obrecht might try to tug at Nathan’s heartstrings a bit and paint a picture regarding his family’s future.

Liesl may insist Nathan needs to protect his own heart as well since Lulu and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) have a habit of finding their way back to each other eventually.

Lulu currently feels like Dante’s heart still belongs to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), which may be true. However, Obrecht may predict that once Dante finally gets past his grief, he’ll gravitate toward Lulu as his true love.

Liesl may insist Nathan should stick to his own soulmate by concentrating on Maxie, who’ll be back on ABC’s GH starting February 12. Maxie is about to emerge from her coma and make an even bigger mess of things.

In the meantime, Nathan and Lulu may have another romantic obstacle ahead of them in the form of his controlling mother! Obrecht may think she knows best and push Nathan to keep his distance from Lulu instead of pursuing something with her.
