General Hospital spoilers for the week of July 6 hint at some twists. We can expect to find out what is going to happen to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
Plus, there will be a hostage negotiation over Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor).
Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.
Key Takeaways
- Josslyn’s fate remains uncertain at Wyndemere.
- Sidwell’s hostage crisis pushes Sonny to his limit.
- Cassius’ true identity sparks emotional fallout.
- Sonny may expose Marco’s real killer.
- Jason’s return could be just around the corner.
Carly Spencer’s Big Mouth
Let’s start off with Carly, who got busted at Wyndemere. Once confronted by Cullum, the blonde blurted out that it was too late.
In classic soap fashion, Carly explained that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) had already exposed Cullum as a double agent.
That was the dumbest move ever as it means there is no reason to keep Carly or Josslyn around. It also gives Cullum time to think of a plan or a way out.
Josslyn Jacks’ Fate
While Carly made a dumb move, Josslyn and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) were almost at ahead of the game.
When LIesl got the door open, I thougth they had a fighting chance. However, then a goon showed up, ready to take care of business.
I imagine Liesl and Joss will have to think fast if they want to live! Of course, Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) could suddenly show up to earn redemption, too.
Cassius Faison Confronted
General Hospital spoilers for the week of July 6 reveal that everyone is starting to learn the truth about Cassius’ identity.
That could lead to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) demanding to know why as well.
Since James West (Gary James Fuller) will be emotionally affected and probably confused, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) could freak out as well.
Hostage Negotiation
Over with Justine, she has been taken hostage by Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Sidwell is using Justine to try to force Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) hand.
However, what does that mean for Justine’s fate?
It’s very possible that Sonny might leave Sidwell blindsided by exposing who really murdered Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).
Justine could play along like she will get justice for Marco. Will Sidwell really fall for it, though?
What Else to Expect
As for what else to expect next week, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) will have her book launch.
Molly might also notice the dynamic between Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) changing.
Considering the basement situation not too long ago, it would make an interesting “how we got back together” story!
Plus, with Cullum likely exiting soon, we will need Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) back. So, we should hear something soon about his upcoming return.
