Clearly, we are talking about Prince William as there’s a new report that suggests he didn’t want to come to America because he’s been doing his best to avoid this one person.

And no, we are not talking about Prince Harry or even his wife, Meghan Markle. Instead, the Prince of Wales doesn’t want to come to America because he doesn’t want to talk to President Donald Trump, or even be in the same room as him.

Apparently, Trump likes to make a beeline for the royals whenever he sees them just because he’s always had such a great affinity for the British Royal Family.

According to AOL, one palace insider even said, “Trump loves the royals, and William and Kate [Middleton] especially, so there are concerns within royal circles that if William turns up in America right now, Trump makes a beeline for him. William’s done more than enough Trump-time over the past year.”

Then again, the chances of Prince William or anyone else for that matter running into the President of the United States at a World Cup game is very low.

It’s not like he’s been paying attention to the games or even watching them from the White House, seeing how he’s trying to end his war with Iran.

But for the Prince of Wales, the risk is simply too high. He clearly doesn’t want anything to do with Donald Trump and that’s why he won’t step foot in America if he doesn’t have to. At least, not right now. Whether or not that will change in the future though, remains to be seen.
