Of course, we are talking about Ingo Rademacher, who was once best known for his role as Jasper Jacks on the hit ABC soap.

And while there is some speculation suggesting that the writers are hoping to bring Jax back on the canvas, the character will most likely have to be recast as there’s a very small chance that Ingo would be asked to come back on the show.

To put it bluntly, the actor did burn his bridges with the producers of General Hospital and for Ingo, there’s just no coming back.

And while he was certainly one of the most popular actors on the canvas, unfortunately his ending with the hit ABC soap turned pretty tragic.

He was let go back in late 2021 for refusing to comply with the ABC network’s vaccine mandate at the time. He’s also been a vocal critic and very skeptical of vaccine efficacy and mandates on social media.

What’s Next For Ingo Rademacher?

Back in 2024, Ingo said that he didn’t comply with the network’s vaccine mandate because of his religious beliefs.

The actor has even hinted on social media that he is completely against the vaccine. His attorneys at the time said, “ABC had a duty to accommodate Ingo.

Instead, it put him through a sham process that was designed to fail, and which was meant to cover up the real reason for Ingo’s termination: his political views.”

And while some were hoping to see Ingo on another soap, that hasn’t happened. He used to also have a role on The Bold and the Beautiful, but the CBS soap has not asked him to come back to reprise his role as Thorne Forrester, either.
