General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) may have a dark night of the soul after experiencing a long-due wake-up call.
Might he finally realize that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is no better than her late fraternal twin sister, Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) but it’s too late to save his marriage?
Key Takeaways
- Chase insists Willow has nothing to do with his marriage crisis.
- His actions suggest he’s still emotionally tied to Willow.
- Willow quickly becomes Chase’s shoulder to lean on.
- Chase could eventually get a brutal wake-up call about Willow.
- By then, Brook Lynn may have moved on for good.
No Turning Back Now
Chase has already told Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) that he’s considering divorcing Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), all the while denying to everyone Willow is a factor.
And yet he focuses in so much more on Brook Lynn having tried to frame Willow for driving away from Jordan and Curtis Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper, Donnell Turner) he tells on himself.
Everyone can see it except Chase himself, who’s in total denial, and even ran straight to Willow the night he walked out on his wife-although at least he didn’t wind up in her bed!
Both of them claim they are only good friends, but it’s obvious that there’s more than that; Willow is good at playing damsel in distress for Chase be her white knight.
And unfortunately, Chase is totally blinded to what Willow is capable of-she may not be a sociopath like Nelle, but what she is, is really not much better.
When Will Chase Wake Up?
When will Chase wake up and see no one’s to blame for his distress except his own stupid self-everyone else can see he’s delusional over Willow.
As soon as she realized he left Brook Lynn, she’s right there to pick up the pieces, and then the same endless nightmare will begin again.
Willow left Chase when he was dying and in a wheelchair for Michael Corinthos, (Rory Gibson) and then left him for his uncle, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison)! And now she’s divorced Drew-after trying to kill him twice and keeping him paralyzed, and she’s right back to Chase-it’s a vicious cycle!
Willow Will Either Be In Steinmauer, Pentonville, Ferncliff Or Shadybrook
General Hospital spoilers tease that the end result for Willow and her psychotic games will either be Steinmauer, Pentonville, Ferncliff or Shadybrook, depending on who she tries to kill next.
She may even be suspected in Jack Brennan’s (Chris L. McKenna) death; at least that’s McKenna’s theory.
It may not be until Chase loses everything and everyone that he sees through Willow’s helpless façade, and sees who-and what-she really is.
Chase will go through a dark night of the soul when he realizes he has no one to blame but himself.
And when he’s lost Brook Lynn and Phoebe Chase (Luna and Lucia Creighton) it’ll be too late-she won’t take him back, and her family wouldn’t let her if she wanted to!
