For those who watch both The Young and The Restless and its sister soap The Bold and The Beautiful, you already know Sally. For those who don’t, here is a brief history. Sally came to Genoa City looking for a fresh start, and much of the reason was because she lost her man to another woman. On a recent episode of Y & R, Sally mentioned one of her former boyfriends to Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson).

She mentioned Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) had dumped her. Thomas was the first of the waffling boyfriends, although Sally waffled a little bit on him as well. He waffled between her and the mother of his young son and dumped Sally to be with the baby mama, who was seriously ill at the time. As far as her more recent history – romantically – she was on again off again with a man named Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). They were almost ready to make it permanent when his childhood sweetheart came to town, and off he went to her, leaving Sally in the cold! Then he went back to Sally, then back to his old girlfriend, and the same pattern repeated itself. Sally finally made a mess of her life over trying to hang on to Wyatt by faking a terminal illness! Obviously, her scheme didn’t work, and she set out for Genoa City hoping for a new start!

Y&R Spoilers – Sally Spectra Is Very Ambitious, And Kyle Abbott Is Just Her Type

Sally is very ambitious, and Kyle is just her type! Unfortunately, he is just her pattern as well; he has waffled between Summer Newman (Hunter King) and his ex-wife Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) at least twice now. Sally would do well to steer clear of Kyle – but not only is he cute, he’s also rich, and he’s also an Abbott, and running Jabot. Sally wants to run Jabot Collective, but it was sold off to Fenmore’s, and the only job she could get with Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) was as an assistant – in other words a secretary!

Sally doesn’t believe in stepping stones and working one’s way up, especially not after having run a fashion house on her own. Sally knows she’s got what it takes to turn a young man’s head, and this young man has a whole lot more going for him than Wyatt. Besides, what better way to stick it to her rival for running Jabot Collective, Summer, than stealing her on again off again man?

      I can't be bothered who Kyle jumps about with. I wasted my time getting onboard with his love for Lola and believing he was finally going to grow up. Not interested in following the story of a spoiled, slimey man-child, it's just Pants Off Nick all over again and look where he's end up, boring, slopping and vomit provoking sex scenes with Phyllis, the only good thing about this pandemic is not having to watch Kyle and Summer and Nick and Phyllis having sex somewhere these couples are enough to put me off, they are just unromantic and sleazy. Sally and Kyle will be just the same, revolting.
