The Bold And The Beautiful spoilers and recap for Friday, May 12 reveal Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is on the phone when Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) arrives. Steffy is dropping off a bracelet but wonders if Liam has heard from Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle). The buyers tell Hope and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) what a good job there are doing. They are glad Thomas is back, Hope is too.

Liam gets a text that Hope and Thomas are about to head home. Steffy is glad, she knows Liam was worried. Steffy tells Liam that he didn’t expect Thomas and Hope to take off together. Liam is thankful Hope is on the way home. Hope calls, Liam is proud of her. Liam can’t wait until Hope gets home. Hope says the jet is having mechanical issues. Hope tells Liam the commercial fight is completely booked.

Liam asks if this means Hope is spending the night in San Francisco. Hope tells Liam they are trying to fix the problem and the pilot is keeping them updated but she and Thomas may have to stay in San Francisco overnight. Hope hangs up and Liam updates Steffy. Liam says it’s funny how he didn’t want this happening. The thought of Hope and Thoams together overnight bothers him.

Thomas tries to get Hope a commercial flight.

Hope says Liam will be expecting her to walk through the door, not staying overnight. Thomas orders room service and asks if Liam is upset. Hope tried to be positive. Waiting isn’t their strong suit. Thomas can grab food and go back to the hotel and work. Hope wants to enjoy dinner. Thomas toasts their success. Hope toasts to their continued harmony. Hope is proud of this version of Thomas.
