B&B spoilers reveal that Sheila somehow survived a long fall from Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) ledge. Then, she ended up at Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) place and begged him to run away with her. However, Sheila had no idea that Deacon was helping Bill and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) catch Sheila.

Even though Sheila made another escape attempt, she had a heart attack. Of course, a lot of people think it is fake. However, it seems that Sheila might actually be dying.

The last scene that fans saw on Friday, March 31, 2023, was of Sheila lying in a hospital bed. Finn was alarmed by Sheila’s numbers on the monitor. As Sheila began flatlining, Finn urged Li to do something. However, Li stared at Finn and demanded that he let Sheila die.

Before Finn could give Li an answer, a nurse walked in. The nurse asked if they were ready to revive the patient. So, what will Li and Finn tell the nurse?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of April 3 reveal that Finn will face a medial dilemma. However, later in the week it is teased that Finn and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) express their gratitude.

So, it sounds like Sheila will be eliminated. If Sheila dies, then the threat is gone forever (unless it’s a fake death, of course). If Sheila lives, then maybe she is sent to prison for the rest of her life.

Even though Sheila’s time seems to be running out, this storyline might still have an arc. If Finn agrees to not resuscitate Sheila, then he will have to keep that secret. After all, Finn could lose his medical license as well as his freedom. So, could Finn and Li’s secret pact lead to guilt and nightmares? Will Sheila haunt Finn’s dreams and if so, how will Li make things right for her son?
