Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Katie’s Health Crisis – Will Flo’s Crucial Blood Tie Come Into Play?

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) health crisis will make fans wonder if a crucial blood tie will come into play once more. Of course the implication is that Storm Logan’s (William deVry) recently discovered daughter, Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden), will come to play a critical role in saving Katie.

Dr. Jordan Armstrong’s (Vincent Irizarry) diagnosis indicates that Katie may die unless something dramatic is realized. The recent flashback scenes involving Storm’s heart donation, combined with Katie’s heated conversation with Flo, poke the potential that B&B history will be revisited.

Old school B&B fans knew what happened, while newer fans were shocked to learn how Katie received her heart transplant. Her brother Storm was troubled, but sincere. He surrendered himself so that Katie could have his heart. In reality, deVry left the cast and was written out. The Storm-to-Katie organ transplant storyline remains one of the more dramatic in show history.

Fans knew something was eventually coming when the old tale was revisited through flashbacks that began with the photo of Storm being shown on the mantle at Brooke Logan Forrester’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) home. The Logan sisters reminisced about their beloved brother, which refreshed fan memories and enlightened newer viewers. Deceased characters aren’t often referenced. But the now realized storyline involving Katie explains why the past was tapped.

Flo isn’t hopeful that she’ll be welcomed back into the Logan family. While she was in jail, Bowden’s character allowed herself to believe that might be possible. But since her release a variety of painful conversations caused her hope (pun intended) to diminish.

Those interactions, including a verbal battle Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) had with Brooke, convinced Flo that she’s doomed to exile. The kicker though was the lambasting that Katie offered at Flo’s apartment. Katie not only told Flo off, she said that it would be best for her to leave town. Words weren’t minced and Katie’s demeanor was deeply serious, as she mentioned how ashamed Flo’s father is (in heaven).

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Flo Fulton A Central Focus Once More

Some incredible event needs to occur for Flo to be granted a second chance. The Logan’s are right to feel fully betrayed by her and Shauna. So they would have to be collectively overwhelmed by some highly unique event.

Easy speculation sees Katie’s next health crisis as an opportunity for a blood relative to be helpful. That’s where Flo would seem likely to be written in. Moving from goat to hero won’t be simple, but is possible under the right daytime scenario.

Unless Bowden will be written out as deVry once was, she’ll remain part of the cast. So Flo seems likely to become a central focus once more. Possibly she’ll be linked to Katie’s survival, which would again shift the Logan’s opinion of their newest family member.
