CBS’ The Bold And The Beautiful might be heading toward the exit of a key character from the show. While there have been several new faces introduced to the soap lately, Sheila Carter, played by Kimberlin Brown, has been a constant for 16 years now. Though Michelle Stafford was briefly cast in the role, Kimberlin soon took charge and has kept viewers successfully hooked to their TV set.

Even though she is aware of the fact that her affair could land her in trouble, so much so that they could end up dead, her chaotic personality has been shining through this tussle between two men.

However, it seems like the writers are setting up her character for a big fall. The latest episode revealed a big plot twist that none saw coming. Thorsten Kaye, who has returned as Ridge Forrester, is on a mission to bring down Sheila. But how will he do so? He has teamed with Bill while Sheila is unaware. Together, backed by the FBI’s investigation power on their side, they are scheming to bring down Sheila and have her confess her wrongdoings.

Bill reveals to Forrester that he finally has a solution to make Sheila confess to the murders committed by her. He shocks the viewers by admitting that he is going to propose to Sheila. Once she does give in to her emotions and reveal her secrets to Bill, it will land her in prison with first-degree murder charges. Sheila will possibly have to live the rest of her life in a maximum security prison.

But, if history is any indication, Sheila always comes back! There is a chance she will find out what these two are cooking up together and escape her fate.

Last year, the character was missing from the show after her big escape from prison. Her family also received an update from Detective Sanchez, who revealed that Sheila might have been mauled by a bear. But, to everyone’s surprise, she survived.
