The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and recap for Thursday, August 12, 2021, reveals that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) gives her new mother-in-law a smackdown. A slap is what Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) gets for tormenting her family. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) orders Sheila not to retaliate. Sheila wouldn’t dream of it.

An emotional Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) begs his new family to take a step back. Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) feels for Finn, but he has no idea the level of evil he’s dealing with. Sheila is poison and nothing to the Forresters. Steffy says Jack Finnegan (Ted King) and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) made Finn into the man he is today and Sheila is not her mother-in-law or Hayes Finnegan’s grandmother.

At the cabin, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) break down the wedding. What a horrible ending to such a lovely day. They’re shocked that Sheila’s the mother of the groom and she hijacked the wedding. Hope feels terrible for Steffy and worries about Hayes. Liam says that there are plenty of grown-ups looking after the baby.

Liam laughs at how naïve they were to believe a Forrester wedding would go off without a hitch. Hope promises to fill him in on the Sheila saga. Sheila is crazy and vindictive and is trying to worm her way into Finn’s life. Liam wonders how Sheila is walking free after she shot Brooke and Taylor Hayes (Hunter Tylo) and kidnapped Ridge and Brooke.

B&B Spoilers – Hope Spencer Has A Warning

Liam laments that he didn’t get to dance with his wife at the wedding. He takes her hand and they dance in the living room. Hope is so grateful for their life and today was a reminder of how quickly life can change.

Hope warns that Sheila has other children out there. Hope is unsettled that Sheila wants to meet her grandson. Hope is worried about their kids. Liam won’t allow Sheila near any of their children.

Ridge and Steffy are upset that Sheila ruined her perfect day. Brooke says Sheila loves causing chaos. Eric Forrester (John McCook) cautions them not to give Sheila that power. Brooke says Sheila will never see Hayes. Brooke and Steffy question Sheila’s maternity claim. Steffy says Sheila is a monster and manipulator who can’t be part of their family. Eric bars Sheila from the house.

Sheila demands to tell her side of the story. After all, she’s waited patiently while they attacked and persecuted her and taken it on the chin, literally. She claims she’s merely there to wish her son well on the day he got married. She hopes they can move on from the past. Brooke says, if Sheila wanted what’s best for Finn, she would have allowed Finn to continue living his life without her. Jack says he’s spent his entire life protecting Finn.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Sheila Carter Wants To See Grandson

Finn feels guilty for talking Sheila into staying. Sheila thanks Li for raising Finn. Sheila has one last thing to say: she loves her grandson and will always be thinking of him.

Ridge kicks Sheila to the curb. He escorts her off the property. Jack begs Steffy and Finn not to let Sheila affect their relationship and begs the Forrester’s not to judge Finn because of Sheila. He’s always told Finn, “It’s not where you come from, it’s who you are and how you live your life.” Li inspired Finn to become a doctor, not Sheila. Jack claims he didn’t understand the extent of Sheila’s crimes.

Li apologizes to the family and hugs Finn. Li is still angry with her husband for his lies, but leaves with him.

Ridge tells the newlyweds to focus on their marriage. Eric and Brooke congratulate Steffy. Ridge tells Steffy she means the world to him. Eric feels responsible for bringing Sheila into their lives. Ridge believes Sheila is gone for good.

Finn promises that, if he had known about Sheila, he would never have brought her back into their lives. Finn loves Steffy and their son and doesn’t want his biological mother to change things. Steffy believes his claim that he had no idea about Sheila. Steffy says Sheila is evil and vicious and makes him promise he’ll never seen Sheila again. They kiss. Steffy won’t let Sheila ruin their wedding day.

Sheila lurks outside, reveling in the fact that she stuck it to Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) in the end. Sheila’s son is married to a Forrester and she won’t turn her back on Finn and Hayes. Sheila cackles that the Forrester’s haven’t seen the end of her.
