The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and recap Thursday, July 8, 2021, reveals in Los Angles Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) stumbles on the scene of a shocking kidnapping. She finds Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) imprisoned by Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) at Spencer Publications. Thomas urges Justin to let him go before things spiral out of control. Justin is in over his head.

Justin claims he’s still in control. Thomas can’t talk him down, because he doesn’t know what Justin has been through or all the people Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) hurt. Thomas agrees that Bill is a monster, but Justin has a chance to do better. Justin won’t run Spencer Publications at Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) expense.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Suspects Justin Barber

Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) deals with frustrations at work and is interrupted by Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). Wyatt laments that he and Justin haven’t been in sync and he often can’t find the lawyer when he needs them. Turns out, Ridge has come to talk to Justin as well. Ridge believes Justin know where Thomas is.

Wyatt is excited to learn the good news that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) had her baby boy, Hayes Finnegan. Ridge brags on his grandson.

Wyatt finds it strange that Justin had Thomas’ phone. Ridge doesn’t trust Justin as far as he can throw him. Ridge asks Wyatt to summon Justin so he can get to the truth about Thomas’ whereabouts. After Wyatt texts Justin, he heads off to meet Steffy’s baby.

B&B Spoilers – Liam Spencer Comforts Himself

Liam comforts himself in prison by focusing on photos of his wife and family. He remembers how optimistic he was about the future before he hit Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) with his car. Vinny’s presence in the road that night makes no sense. He reminisces about reading stories to Beth Spencer, about Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) officiating his wedding to Hope, confessing the hit-and-run to Hope, and spending their last night together. Liam goes to his happy place—imagining himself walking through the cabin doors and coming home to Hope. A buzzer jars him back to reality. Liam vows to have faith that the truth will come out that he didn’t hit Vinny on purpose.

When Justin gets a call from Wyatt and leaves Thomas alone in his cell, Hope hides. Once Justin is gone,Hope rushes to grab the door to Thomas’ cage before it shuts. Thomas is stunned to see a familiar face when Hope rides to the rescue. Hope tries to free Thomas and looks for a key. Thomas explains that Justin knocked him out and brought him to the cell in order to take control of Spencer.

The Bold and The Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Drops A Bomb

Thomas drops a bomb on Hope: Vinny sent him texts and video that prove he jumped in front of Liam’s car. Liam wasn’t at fault, because Vinny set Liam up and took his own life.

Justin finds Ridge in his office and tells him to make an appointment. He’s late for a meeting and doesn’t have time for Ridge’s games. Ridge shouts that Justin needs to make time. Justin says Ridge has a lot of nerve busting into his office and giving him orders. Wyatt questions Justin about calling Bill Spencer’s office his own.

Ridge demands to know where his son is. Wyatt asks about Thomas’ phone. Justin claims that Thomas forgot his phone when he went out of town. Ridge isn’t buying Justin’s lies.
