“The Bold and the Beautiful” spoilers for Monday, January 28, tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will spend a little more time with Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) new bundle of joy. Like Steffy, he feels connected to this sweetheart. Liam feels like “Phoebe Forrester” (Rosalind Aune and Isabella de Armes) just fits. She’s part of their family now, so he’ll give her a warm welcome.

Liam will suggest that there’s something about this baby. He won’t be able to put his finger on it, but he’ll know she’s special. Of course, B&B fans can explain that!
