After the sting with Bill Spencer, (Don Diamont) and the FBI to bring down Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is complete, Ridge has to deal with his two exes. He first held a family meeting where no one wanted to hear what he had to say, and Bill came in too. They explained to everyone what had happened, and also that Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) was in on it too.

Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy) and his girlfriend Lucy (Linda Purl) came down hard on Ridge and Bill until they heard the whole story. Brooke and Taylor weren’t real happy with him either, until he’d explained what happened with the Sheila sting and now he has to deal with them.

B & B Spoilers – No More Waffling, But No Choice Either

Ridge is certainly not returning to his waffling ways, but not choosing either woman either, because they both make it clear they don’t want to revisit their past. Brooke and Taylor have become close friends now, against all odds, after choosing themselves instead of a man, even if it were to be him.

Ridge meets with each of his ex-wives and makes peace and amends, and enjoying seeing each of their evolutions, learning they don’t need romance in their lives to be happy. He has regretted causing them so much pain in the past and doesn’t want to cause any more, and decides to keep his distance where their personal lives are concerned. He’ll be there as father and grandfather to his children, which he has with each woman, but won’t try to romantically involve himself with either.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Chooses Himself

Ridge decides, much as Taylor and Brooke have, that he needs to choose himself and work to become a better man. He’s spent so many years of his life as a player even as he was married to each woman several times over, he needs to change. In order to do that he needs to just stay single and uninvolved with any woman for a while, to get to know who he really is, what he really wants.

That’s what he had intended to do anyway but then the Sheila sting took over his life and that had to be taken care of first. Now that she’s no longer a problem, he can do what he intended to do in the first place and choose himself.
