She may first spot him from a distance and wonder if she’s dreaming, or she’s crazy and ask herself if it’s really him.

Spoilers for upcoming BOLD epsiodes tease that Steffy, unable to heal from her devastating loss puts herself in a mental health facility to deal with her grief. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) was “killed” right in front of her and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) took aim at her next, not even allowing her to call 911 for assistance. Poor Steffy has just not been able to get the scenes out of her mind, and likely has some post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms.

Her parents, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) go to Monaco to check up on her and before too long Finn makes his way there as well. Leaked photos from a scene being filmed about a month ago show Taylor and Ridge meeting up with Finn and an unnamed female character in a park.

BOLD Spoilers: Another Set Of Photos Has Been Released

Another set of photos has recently been released, showing Finn on a sidewalk looking for Steffy and she is on a balcony looking out. This looks like it may be when they find each other, possibly set up by Taylor and Ridge, and one comment on the tweet confirms this will air the first week of August.

This seems about right according to the film to airdate timeframe, but Steffy will second guess herself and she will likely question her sanity. One can only imagine Steffy’s response if she hasn’t been told he’s alive, and especially when she has been in mental health care. Once they have connected, he likely will have a hard time convincing her it’s really him, and not a hallucination.

One can easily imagine Steffy being conflicted as to whether she can trust what she sees right in front of her eyes, make that “who”. If they do spot each other before the scene of Ridge and Taylor meeting Finn and the unidentified woman in the park, Steffy will have no warning. She’ll ask herself if she’s dreaming or if she’s crazy, and from a distance, ask herself if that could really be Finn.

The children are not present in this scene and perhaps they’re with their grandparents. It looks like Finn and Steffy’s reconnection scenes will be reminiscent of past scenes of couples separated finding each other again.

BOLD Spoilers: It’s Really Me

Finn will likely have a hard time convincing Steffy that it’s really him and that he is alive, and by this time he should know there was no funeral for him. He’s seen his death certificate but the implication from the other scenes leaked is that he may interact with Taylor and Ridge first. Finn may really have to work at trying to get Steffy not to run, and this could indicate that she slips away from him and Taylor and Ridge join in on a search. This makes a lot of sense given the scenes in the park don’t include Steffy, and perhaps they’re looking for her after she spots him and runs. Steffy has been through such trauma over Finn’s “death” that she could easily think she’s lost her mind when she sees him and hears him calling her name.
