B&B spoilers confirm that while Zoe has real feelings, Thomas just views her as a prop in his romantic performance. He doesn’t care for her at all, although he does like that a beautiful woman is falling all over him. His end game is Hope and unfortunately, there is nothing Zoe can do to change Thomas’s mind about who is the right woman for him.

Atkinson told Soap Opera Digest that in Thomas’ mind, he isn’t trying to hurt Zoe. He just figures they are having some fun until he gets the woman that he wants. To him, it’s “not a big deal,” but he also doesn’t seem to realize how much Zoe likes him.
