So, it’s not a surprise for Faye to feel shocked when she finds out that Emma is dating Jon. She can’t believe that Emma would dare go out with the grandson of the man they accidentally killed. So, she makes a drastic decision to confront Jon and tell him the truth. Things haven’t been easy ever since she admitted what they did to Jon’s grandfather.

Amid all these, Faye starts to worry that the stress is affecting the health of her unborn baby. She then tells Emma that she feels like she’s losing her baby. She rushes to the hospital to get a scan. Faye and Craig will be taken aback when they learn about the results.

Faye’s pregnancy storyline started last week. She told Elaine Jones that she believed she was pregnant. She confirmed her assumption after taking a pregnancy test and getting a positive result. After that, she informed Craig about the news.

Faye has been having second thoughts about Craig’s sincerity to be with her. She’s not sure that he wants to be with her after what they’ve done to Ted. But Craig promised that he’ll work once again as a police so he could support Faye and their baby.

Craig made it perfectly clear to Faye that he wants to be with her and their baby. He added that he’s been loving her for a very long time. He said that he’s done things that he regrets, which doesn’t include loving her.

Alexandra Mardell, who plays the role of Emma, confirmed that she’s leaving Coronation Street. The recent storyline with Faye will pave the way for her exit. The actress has been playing the role for four years.

The actress said that it was “the best experience” of her life. She admitted that she still considers herself a newbie, especially when compared to other cast members. Leaving the show was a difficult decision for her but she believes that it’s the right time.

Mardell’s alter ego and Faye are in big trouble after they accidentally killed Ted. Coronation Street exec, Iain MacLeod hinted that “Emma has found herself in a massive pickle – one which will cause her to wave goodbye to the cobbles. At least for now.”
