The ongoing trial has had many people on edge about what the outcome will be. This is no exception for both Imran Habeeb (Charlie de Melo) and Sabeen Habeeb who are representing the two suspects in the case and are wanting to get their clients off. Next week, the trial will be heading to an end as a decision on the futures of both Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) and Corey Brent (Maximus Evans) will come to light. According to the Flashback, Kelly had tried to stop the attack on Seb. It’s not a surprise that the drama is not just in the courtroom as Imran and Sabeen have had a couple of run ins. Inside the courtroom, the two are already against each other but the tension of their past may also add to the tension outside of the courtroom. In the courtroom, Imran feels that the odds are stacked against him since he is the only one working on Kelly’s defence. While Corey has a bigger defence team because of his dad’s wealth.

Imran and Sabeen have also been taking jabs at each other outside of the courtroom. With the latest time that being at a resturant in which Toyah Battersby, Imran’s current partner ran into the two and was not happy with what she saw. In the episode of next week, the Jury reach a verdit but before that Imran heads out for a drink with Sabeen. This could be a sign of them putting the past behind them. In recent pictures, it shows that they will be heading somewhere in a taxi together. Could their time together bring up old feelings? It has been hinted that the two may connect with each other so it may be possible that the two of them might reconnect.
