EastEnders Star Tamzin Outhwaite Vows To Quit Drinking

EastEnders starTamzin Outhwaite is something of a hero these days. She played the role of Mel Owens on the BBC show. Recently, she earned a lot of kudos. However, she decided that her drinking days should end as she sometimes goes over the top. Fortunately, when she became a real-life hero, she obviously wasn’t too sozzled.

In early July,  Tamzin spent the day with a friend and all the kids enjoyed themselves in the pool. Apparently. they celebrated a birthday party for some young kids.  However, some of them got into extreme difficulty. The Sun UK reported that witnesses described her heroic actions. In fact, she didn’t hesitate and leaped into the pool fully clothed. Meanwhile, other people screamed and panicked a bit. Her quick thinking meant that the kids survived without any injury. Naturally, her friends were very grateful.

EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite merely thought she did what anyone else would do. However, it seems that she was sober enough to act, which isn’t always the case. If you don’t watch the BBC show, then you might not be aware that Tamzin plays a bit of a drama queen. At one stage, Mel Owen and Jack Branning were determined to quit for good. It came after a reveal that she cheated on Jack with Ray Kelly.

EastEnders Spoilers – Tamzin Outhwaite Opens Up On Drinking

The Sun UK reported this week, that Tamzin is determined to stop her excesses. Apparently, she drinks so much with her pals that sometimes, it takes up to two days to get over the hangover. The outlet reported that Tamzin spoke with the Blank Podcast, and said that on those days when she’s sober and has no hangover, she feels, inspired to stop altogether. She said, “She said: “When I’m not drinking I do feel better.” Nevertheless, she also noted, “I love being with my mates and having a drink and vibing with each other.”

Notably, EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite says that age makes it take a lot longer to get over the effects of too much drink. Well, it looks like her vows to stop drinking won’t happen immediately as her birthday comes along soon. So, she might wait until after that and then try and stay sober for a month or so.

Unfortunately, if her friends enable her drinking, people like Tamzin might need the help of an association and a buddy system.

EastEnders Spoilers – Hanging With Her Fur Baby

On the weekend, Tamzin looked happy enough. She said on Instagram that she was trying out some yoga and meditation when she should have been learning her lines. But then her pooch came along, so she just hung with her fur baby instead.
