Al Pacino, 83, Faces Losing Custody Of Baby With Girlfriend, 29

Al Pacino, 83, and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah, 29, welcomed a baby boy three months ago. But now the actor’s gal pal has gone through the legal process required to get physical custody of their son.

Al Pacino’s – Girlfriend Files For Custody Of Their Baby

Noor Alfallah, 29, has decided that she wants physical custody of the baby that she shares with Al Pacino, 83. And so she filed legal documents to get custody of their three-month-old son, Roman.

However, the actor’s girlfriend did ask that he benefit from “reasonable visitation” of the baby, according to People.

A producer who graduated from the University of Southern California’s Cinematic School of Artagrees, Noor also asked that Pacino receive joint legal custody. That would let the actor take part in decisions ranging from education to medical care.

However, child support amounts did not appear in the filing. But California law requires that each parent’s income be established prior to child support. And Alfallah also wants Pacino to pay her legal fees and associated costs.

Al Pacino And Noor Alfallah – Began Their Romance Last Year

April 2022 reportedly marked the beginning of Pacino’s dating Alfallah. And the two enjoyed dinner together before progressing to their romance. As a result of their relationship, the actor now has four children. However, the baby boy is Alfallah’s first.

Pacino and his former girlfriend, acting coach Jan Tarrant, share their daughter Julie Marie, 33. And he also shares his 22-year-old twins Anton and Olivia with his ex Beverly D’Angelo. Beverly and Al dated from 1997 to 2003.

And despite Alfallah filing for full custody of their three-month-old baby, Noor and Pacino continue to stay involved romantically. “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child, Roman,” a spokesperson for Pacino told Page Six.

Al Pacino – Demanded Paternity Test

And the rep claimed that the actor and his girlfriend “are still together.” That statement follows rumors that Alfallah wanted to split from Pacino because of her request to get physical custody of their baby son. 

The legal documents filed by Noor include a copy of a signed “voluntary declaration of parentage.” And that document provides certification that the actor is Roman’s biological father. Alfallah and Pacino welcomed Roman on June 6.

However, when news spread in late May that Alfallah had become pregnant, insiders revealed that Pacino made demands for a paternity test. And he claimed that because of medical issues, he could no longer impregnate a woman.

As a result, the two went through the procedures needed for a DNA test. And it provided proof that Pacino had fathered the baby. But just a few days later, the actor gushed over Alfallah’s pregnancy. And he called it “very special. It always has been. I’ve got many kids,” he admitted. “But this is really special coming at this time.”
