Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt’s Daughter Shiloh Wants ‘To Live With Dad’

Looks like 2024 is the year of the “Bullet Train” actor Brad Pitt. The odds have been in his favor as he kept gaining victory upon victory over his ex-wife Angelina Jolie.

After the former couple tied the knot in 2014 and split two years later, their divorce procedure was nothing to write home about as it was such a bitter experience for both of them.

When they finally finalized their divorce in 2019, the battle for who takes full custody of their children began.

In May 2021, The “World War Z” actor won 50-50 joint legal and physical custody of his children which he shares with the “Maleficent” actress (The pair share six kids: Maddox, 22, Pax, 19, Zahara, 18, Shiloh, 17, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 15). The children have been living with Jolie in her $25 million Los Angeles mansion.

Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt's Daughter Shiloh Wants 'To Live With Dad'

Recently, a source told “InTouch Weekly” that Shiloh, who will soon turn 18 in May, wants to relocate to her dad’s $8 million mansion in Los Feliz, California.

According to the source, there’s no special reason behind Shiloh’s sudden wish to change her environment, “Shiloh isn’t unhappy at Angelina’s, but she’s turning 18 soon and wants to shake things up.”

The insider went on to add, “Plus, she adores Brad and has always been daddy’s little girl,” before sharing that the “Legends of The Fall” actor was “ecstatic when Shiloh told him the news.”

Angelina Jolie — Jolie’s Reaction To Shiloh’s Decision

As for how the “Those Who Wish Me Dead” actress feels about Shiloh’s decision, the insider said, “Naturally, Angelina wasn’t happy, but she knows Shiloh is a woman now and can make her own decisions.”

The 48-year-old actress might take solace in the fact that Shiloh’s new residence is just a couple of blocks away from her home and so they would most likely run into each other often.

The source also pointed out that the benefit of the close distance is that “Shiloh can walk over at any time to see Angie and her brothers and sisters.”

The source also said that Shiloh is the only one out of her siblings that is interested in living with their dad and that while Pitt has a cool relationship with the twins, he’s not on good terms with the three older ones because he “still haven’t repaired their relationship.”

In February 2022, Pitt sued Jolie for selling half of her share of Miraval without consulting him first because they previously agreed that they would grant each other first refusal. In September, the “Eternals” actress hit back with a cross-complaint requesting the sum of $350M in damages.

In November, the “Maleficent: Mistress Of Evil” actress attempted to overturn a preliminary ruling at the LA Superior Court that permits Pitt’s claim to proceed on the grounds that Pitt’s lawsuit was “frivolous, malicious, and part of a problematic pattern.” In March 2024, Judge Lia Martin rejected Jolie’s request to overturn the 60-year-old actor’s suit.

The judge also granted Pitt and his team a go-ahead to sue Jolie for breach of implied-in-fact contract, breach of quasi-contract, and to amend an overruled claim for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
