On Lynne Mishele’s Lawsuit

Lynne Mishele is the tenant who lived in the house Anne crashed into. According to Page Six, Lynne is suing the actress’ estate for rendering her not just tramatized but equally homeless as a result of the incident.

According to the lawsuit Lynne filed, she said that Anne “barreled through the front of her house and deep into its interior.”

Lynne explained that the accident made her “completely traumatized, unusually startled by hearing loud noises, plagued by nightmares and flashbacks of the incident, terrified of walking outside, and, atop that, without a place to live.”

On The Rescue Report From The LAFD

Now here’s where the story gets a little bit twisted, Richard Fields LAFD Deputy Chief told NBC4 that it was difficult for them to have access to the car at first, and that was as a result of excess smoke everywhere.

They went on to say that when they found out that someone was in the car, the person wasn’t at the driver’s seat to indicate that she was the driver, rather the person was at the floorboard of the passenger’s seat.

The Los Angeles Fire Department arrived at the scene which is the Mar Vista house at exactly 11.01 am, and they discovered that someone was stuck in the vehicle, upon seeing the person, Richard Fields said the patient turned out not to be Anne but the person who was in the house at the time of the crash.

At 11:25 am, after attempts to control the fire has been made, the actress was spotted in the vehicle and she was found on the floorboard of the car by the Incident Commander who called it in.

At 11:49 am Anne was towed out of the car and put into a gurney and loaded into the ambulance for first aid treatment before getting her to the hospital. A firefighter then reported, “We have one patient in the auto, being assessed, about to be loaded up on the gurney for transport.”
