Britney Spears’ Dad, Jamie Spears Gets Leg Amputated Following Several Unsuccessful Surgeries

TMZ recently reported that Britney Spears’ dad had his leg amputated because of a stubborn infection that refuses to go away, even after five different surgeries.

The man was last in the headlines for issues concerning his handling of Britney Spears’ Conservatorship. He may not have won the forgiveness of Britney’s fans, but TMZ reports that one could be in the future as the star warms up to her father following his misfortune.

A month ago, Jamie reportedly had his leg amputated after 5 unsuccessful surgeries failed to get rid of a malignant infection.

Since the public fallout between him and his daughter, sources say he feels hard done by with the accusations saying he used his daughter as a cash cow.

Quite alright people would argue that 13 years is a long time for a grown woman, who makes her own money, to be under conservatorship, he did make some sacrifices to care for his daughter during her 2007 issues.

However, even amid the public fallout, Britney has sometimes talked about her father with some mildness, even once saying that she’ll send him money for his expenses.

Jamie Spears, On The Other Hand, Is All For Reconciling With His Daughter And Would Love Nothing More.

Even though Britney tended to distance herself from her family following the removal of her conservatorship, her separation from husband Sam Asghari seems to have made her reconsider her stance.

For one thing, she visited her sister on the set of “Zoey 102,” and invited her mother over the weekend for her 42nd birthday bash.

She and her mother have been talking on the phone ever since, and they’re reportedly getting along great. Her brother Bryan also graced the party, whereas none of them were invited or showed up at her 2022 wedding to personal fitness coach Sam Asghari.

I guess Britney is realizing that she needs her family to help her deal with uncertain times. Her memoir “The Woman In Me,” which released two months ago, has already topped the New York Times bestseller’s list and is a finalist for Goodreads Choice Awards in the Best Memoir and Autobiography category.
