The Hollywood Vampires band, featuring Johnny Depp, recently played a 19-song set at Boston’s Wang Theatre on July 29.

However, the performance came only after the group rescheduled numerous shows. And the band, which includes Alice Cooper and Joe Perry, felt forced to redo their schedule because Depp had become “unwell,” according to insiders via Yahoo.

For example, one cancellation took place only minutes before the Hollywood Vampires’ scheduled performance. And another occurred as Johnny leaned on a cane as he walked around the Boston area.

Such schedule changes have caused his friends to fear that Depp’s partying and boozing have hurt his health.

And one insider shared, “Johnny’s pals fear his partying is once again catching up to him. Some claim his boozing has gotten so bad that they want to stage an intervention.”

For instance, one cancellation allegedly occurred because Depp passed out in his hotel room, requiring a call for medical help.

Johnny Depp – Causes Band To Worry

Because the actor’s partying and boozing habits have caused repeated cancellations, members of his band feel “furious,” said the source.

But they also have expressed concern. And the insider feels that “Johnny doesn’t know when to stop.”

For years, Depp earned a reputation for enjoying wine and parties. But the court battles with his ex-wife Amber Heard took their toll.

And the source noted, “We heard all the ugly details and saw the shocking video of him at his worst.”

However, friends and fans all hoped that when the trial ended, Johnny would decide to enjoy a healthier lifestyle. But the insider claimed that didn’t happen.

And the source shared, “There are probably a lot of reasons he wants to check out. But some say the Amber drama still affects him.”

But Depp has earned a reputation for “falling down, picking himself up, brushing himself off and moving on, but he can’t do that forever,” added the insider. “

And at some point something is going to give.” Now 60, Johnny has become “way too old to be acting like a young rock star. He’s just not bouncing back like he used to,” shared the source.
