Before I go into details, let me brief you that a Judge in Fairfax County, Virginia sided with Johnny Depp and awarded him $15 Million for damages that Heard is to pay for being found guilty of defaming Depp, The judge, later on, reduced the punitive damages to $350,000, according to Fairfax County legal limit, making his total damages less than $10.4 million. Depp is also to pay $2 Million to Heard for damages, and that’s because Depp was also found guilty of defaming Heard during the defamation trial in which he sued his ex-wife Amber Heard for calling him a wife beater in her 2018 Washington Op-ed Post, although Heard didn’t mention Depp’s name in the post, Depp said he lost a lot of film jobs due to it.

Johnny Depp — Text Messages Between Depp And Marilyn Manson

During the defamation trial, the friendship between Depp and Marilyn Manson was brought up countless times, the documents show that Depp’s team did all they could to hide private text messages shared between Depp and Manson in court because, Depp could be found guilty by association.

Manson is infamous for the sexual assault allegations labeled against him by his ex-girlfriend (who Manson is currently suing for defamation), and so many others. One of the text messages shared between Depp and Manson says that his wife Lindsay Usich is pulling an Amber on him, Manson told Depp that he has an “Amber 2.0” situation going on, to which Depp replied “I been reading A LOT of material on that and sociopathic behavior…it is f—ing real my brother!! My ex-c— is goddamn TEXTBOOK!!!”

Amber Heard — Heard Attempted To Submit Evidence Showing That Depp Has Erectile Dysfunction

The documents revealed that Heard’s team tried to slip in medical reports that show that Depp has erectile dysfunction, and Depp’s team argued that, that piece of information is very unnecessary. Heard’s team maintained that the information was very much important because it would prove Depp’s anger and also prove Heard right when she said that Depp raped her with a liquor bottle.

The documents also revealed that Depp tried to leak nude photos of Heard in the court as an evidence, and Heard’s team alleged that Depp tried to bring up the fact that Heard was once an exotic dancer years before she met and married Depp. Heard’s Lawyers said: “Nude pictures of Amber Heard or comments about stripping or escort services would be highly distracting and unfairly prejudicial to the extent they portray Amber Heard as a sex symbol instead of a women’s rights activist against domestic abuse.”
