Back in October 2017, Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against the Kardashians, blaming them for being the reason the reality show she and her ex Rob Kardashian had on E! titled Rob & Chyna, came to an abrupt end. She dropped the case after they reached an agreement outside of court.
Now recently, Blac Chyna has chosen to reopen the case against Kris, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie again after the recent issue of no child support she was involved in on Instagram. She made this decision public in a statement she tweeted on Twitter on April 2.
She wrote “I plan to re-focus my attention on my trial against Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe, and Kylie which starts in 13 days, when they got my #1 hit show killed back in January 2017, that not only hurt me financially and emotionally, that hurt my beautiful KIDS,” she continued “I’m taking them to court to stand up for my legal rights and to be an example to my kids that ‘what’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong.’ And what they did was so wrong.”
Blac Chyna went on to say that lies were told against her behind closed doors, she strongly believes that the Kardashians purposefully got her reality show canceled.
She continued “I am so thankful that a jury will finally listen to what really happened behind closed doors — the lies that were told and the damage that was done, at the end of the trial, I’m going to be able to proudly tell King [her son with ex Tyga] and Dream that I did everything I could to right the wrong that was done to me. And that, in life, it is my hope that they will be able to stand up for themselves when it matters too.”
Blac Chyna – The Origin Of The Lawsuit
After her relationship with her Ex Tyga, which lasted four years, in which they share a son King Cairo, 9, Blac Chyna went on to date the half-brother of her Ex’s current girlfriend, Rob Kardashian, they both share a daughter Dream, 5. They had a reality show on E! “Rob and Chyna.”
However, things went sour in the relationship, they ceased being a pair in September 2016. After the breakup, Rob uploaded nude photos of Blac Chyna on her social media. Blac had to get a restraining order against Rob in July 2017 and then filed a lawsuit accusing him of domestic abuse. Chyna later dropped the case in October after a private agreement was reached, part of the agreement is getting joint custody of their daughter Dream.
The following month after the case was dropped, Chyna claimed she suffered significant damages as a result of her leaked nudes and that got her reality show canceled coupled with the Kardashian family’s involvement.
She went on to accuse the Kardashian-Jenners of slut-shaming her on social media and becoming “media predators” while the second season was being filmed. Two weeks prior, Rob had filed his own lawsuit alleging that she’d used him and his family for financial gain. In the same documents, he claimed it’d been a mutual decision by E! and the Kardashians to cancel Rob & Chyna.
Some months later, the Kardashians asked a judge in the court to dismiss Blac Chyna’s lawsuit, their attorney argued that it was impossible to film a second season of the show, due to Chyna’s restraining order against Rob.
In December 2020, Blac Chyna won in court after a judge ordered Bunim/Murray Productions — the company behind the production of Rob & Chyna — to turn over any unaired footage from what would have been the show’s second season.
Blac Chyna – The Recent Feud Between Blac Chyna And The Kardashians That Prompted The Reopening Of The Lawsuit
Blac Chyna took to Twitter on Wednesday to tweet that she doesn’t receive child support from any of her exes, she wrote “Yesterday I had to give up 3 of my cars …my reasons… morals, beliefs, being a single mother, no support I’m a MAMA,” she tweeted again “Single no support child support.”
A fan responded to her post with a question “When the other parent is actively in the child’s life taking the child on days and clothing feeding the child… is child support warranted?”

Chyna replied “No it’s not when the other parenting successful it’s called co-parenting… But Greedy parents try to get child support because they’re not doing nothing.”
The Shade Room, a page on Instagram quickly reposted Chyna’s tweets on Instagram, prompting several users to call her out for her “out of touch” comments.
Chyna’s Ex Tyga who she shares with her 9-year-old son, King Cairo, posted “I pay 40k a year for my son school & he lives w me Mon-sat. Why would I pay child support lol.”
Not long after Tyga posted, Chyna’s second Ex Rob Kardashian who she shares a 5-year-old daughter, Dream, commented on the post to clear his name. “I pay 37k a year for my daughter’s school. I handle every single medical expense. I pay for all her extracurricular activities. I have my daughter from Tuesday-Saturday. Why would I pay child support lol,”
Rob’s comment was reposted by The Shade Room, and fans observed that his sister Khloé Kardashian liked Rob’s post and gave her support by sharing videos of Rob and Chyna’s daughter Dream dancing and singing with her own 3-year-old child, True but fans didn’t hesitate to shade Khloe for publicly liking Rob’s post.
