It looks like this might be the end of an era, or at least the end of a Kardashian era. There’s a new report that suggests Kris Jenner has every reason to be concerned about her family’s future as it looks like they are already being cut down to size. The Kardashians have reportedly been booted off the Met Gala’s prestigious invite list. Here’s what you need to know.

According to the latest edition of The Globe, it seems like the Kardashians are now climbing back down the ladder after having climbed up for so many years in the celebrity world.

Sources say that Vogue editor Anna Wintour doesn’t think it’s necessary to have all of the Kardashians at this year’s prestigious MET Gala. While there’s a good chance that Kim Kardashian might still get invited, her mom Kris Jenner and the rest of her sisters might have to sit this one out.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “This is a major disaster and the biggest snub they’ve had in years. Kim and Khloe are whispering it’s mom Kris Jenner’s fault for forcing the family to participate in cheesy PR stunts and phony romances.”

If that weren’t enough, it seems like Kim is also taking some heat from her family members, too. That’s because they think her divorce from Kanye West turned into a circus and that her relationship with Pete Davidson made her a laughing stock among many of Hollywood’s elite. Yet, the tipster says that “Kim is saying Khloe hasn’t done anything worthy in the last year except have another baby and causing a tiny ripple by ripping her sister Kourtney and her husband Travis Barker’s tacky social media posts.”
