Kardashian News reveals that, according to TMZ, Kim just got some protection from what would appear to be a scary dude. The accused even showed up at the socialite’s home on multiple occasions claiming to be armed.

Kim’s legal team showed up in court on Monday, December 5, to request a restraining order against Andre Persaud. The order means that Persaud cannot contact Kim (we presume telepathically as well) and must remain 100 yards away from her. The order will remain in place for the next five years.

Not only did Persaud show up at her home, but he has allegedly been posting about the television producer on social media, and, according to TMZ, he claimed that she had been “communicating telepathically with him.”

Persaud has also been prohibited from owning or possessing a firearm and must surrender any he may already have to law enforcement. According to TODAY, the restraining order claims that Persaud had persistently attempted to contact the reality TV star on multiple occasions and believes that Kardashian is communicating with him in some way.

“(The man) claimed that I had been communicating with him telepathically,” the media personality said, per the court documents, adding that the man “has also expressed increasing frustration that I have not responded to him.”

She noted that she has never met with or spoken with the man but that he “attempted to access” her residence on three separate occasions in August.

She said she was worried that, sans a restraining order, Persaud might try to gain access to her or even “escalate to physical violence,” noting that he had already claimed he owned a gun.
