An excited fan recently rushed up to Kylie at a key cosmetics event. And onlookers assumed that Jenner would greet the fan, perhaps even gift her with lip kit queen products. But as the follower revealed in a video, the KUWTK star behaved like a Mean Girl with a bad attitude, noted Page Six.

And the trolls went wild with glee in getting a chance to slam Kylie. Captured in the video, Jenner looked like an expressionless robot when a thrilled fan approached the star at the launch of her Kylie Cosmetics’ Lip Kits collection. Taken at the Ulta Beauty in Los Angeles, California, the video included Kylie’s step-and-repeat photo opportunity. But Jenner apparently didn’t want to help any of her followers at that photo op.

However, the video from producer Alexa May Rhodes, who appears to double as a fan and a journalist, showed up on TikTok to an immediate onslaught of slams. “Interviewed the one and only @kyliejenner tonight,” chirped Rhodes about the video. “What a time 💓.” But the journalist/fan faced such a backlash that she deleted the video later.

However, fans argued over whether Kylie really deserved the backlash. For instance, one follower felt that Jenner looked miserable. And the fan noted that Kylie seemed anxious and even shy.

But others argued that Jenner should fulfill her fans’ expectations. “No hug, a smile or even a word? naaaaaa,” sneered a follower. “You can tell how much love she has for her fans. 😂,” wrote a sarcastic critic. And some shared that Kylie missed out on a great opportunity to publicize her products. 

For instance, one noted, “She didn’t even look at her or acknowledge her. No actual engagement. What a shame. I’d be trying to ‘win’ everyone over. These people are literally their support system. What a missed opportunity,” summed up the fan. 

However, Jenner has not made any comment thus far about the backlash. And her loyal sisters seem to have tried to help support her. For instance, Khloe Kardashian stepped out in full Barbie pink to cheer on Kylie at the event. And Kim Kardashian slipped into a black Balenciaga to support her little sister.
