Lori Loughlin And Mossimo Giannulli Vacation In Mexico After Completing Their Prison Sentence

Lori Loughlin And Mossimo Giannulli After serving months in prison for fraud- and bribery-related offenses, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli took some time away from the States to vacation with friends in Mexico. This is coming after the 56-year-old actress lost many of her movie deals in the wake of the arrest, though her daughters were able to remain enrolled in USC.

Lori Loughlin And Her Husband Enjoy Vacation WFriends

Two months after Mossimo Giannulli was released from home confinement – having completed his five-month prison sentence, he and the “When Calls the Heart” alum jetted off to Mexico for some fun times. After travelling on a private jet, the pair, who have been married for 23 years, spent 4 days in Mexico with friends, according to a report by an eyewitness.

As for how the pair enjoyed their time there, the Mossimo brand founder played a round of golf with his friends before they all met up for a relaxing time at the pool.

“The guys all loved Mossimo and were jumping on him and having fun,” the eyewitness described. “Lori joined them and seemed very friendly and happy.”

“They all seemed to have a great time,” the eyewitness added, “and loved being there on vacation together.”

Upon their arrival in Mexico on June 19, the couple was photographed. Loughlin was wearing a brimmed hat with a pink ribbon border and carrying a yellow and tan tote bag.

The Couple’s 2019 Arrest

Loughlin and her husband Giannulli served time for their involvement in a nationwide college entrance exam cheating scandal and were charged on March 12, 2019. The “Fuller House” star pleaded guilty to the charge and turned herself in to prison on October 30, where she ended up serving less than two months and was released on December 28, 2020. Her sentence further includes two years of supervised release, as well as 100 hours of community service and a $150,000 fine, both of which she has concluded.

Giannulli started his five-month prison sentence (more than double that of his wife’s) in November 2020 and remained there until early April when he was released to home confinement. Jail records show his official release date as April 16, marking the end of his home confinement with an ankle monitor.

Like his wife, he was sentenced to two years of supervised release, but he got 250 hours of community service and a $250,000 fine.

E! News were able to obtain court documents submitted by the couple requesting for permission to travel internationally to San Jose Del Cabo in June. According to a filing on Giannulli’s behalf, he’s already paid the $250,000 fine and is “actively working on completing his community service requirement.”
