It’s official for our two lovebirds. Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi celebrated their union in a very low-key affair attended by their family members. What was that Millie told us again? “He wants me to go and do my thing and live my life, and he will hold my hand in the process of that. I was like, oh I do want this.” Now that’s love.

It may not be a three-day affair with high profile celebrities and friends on the guest list, but it was the most beautiful day nonetheless for the “Stranger Things” star, 20, and the model, Jake Bongiovi, 22.

According to an insider, the pair said their vows last weekend with Bongiovi’s parents Jon Bon Jovi and Dorothea Bongiovi, as well as Brown’s parents, in attendance. “It was a very low-key, romantic affair with their closest family with them as they said their vows.”

However, according to The Sun, the pair are planning a bigger ceremony that will take place sometime this year that will include their friends and well-wishers.

Millie and Jake’s romance first made headlines in June 2021 when the latter shared a selfie with the actress. Fans later learned that the pair connected via Instagram and “were friends for a bit” before they started dating.

The Couple Were Seen Holding Hands In Public For The First Time In New York City In 2022.

Following this, they made a series of red carpet appearances together as a couple, including the 2022 BAFTA Film Awards and the season 4 premiere of Brown’s Netflix series, and continued to share snapshots of their romance with fans.

In the beginning of 2023, the makeup and clothing brand founder called Jake her “partner for life.” Four months later, Bongiovi proposed.

One of the best things about the couple’s romance is that they have always had the support of both their families – which, if you’ll believe it, also married at young ages.

Brown shared the engagement news with her fans on Instagram, with a clip of Taylor Swift’s song ‘Lover:’ “I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all .”

To make the thing even more sweet, Jake consulted Millie’s mother, Kelly, in picking out the engagement ring.

Speaking on the ring, Brown said, “I’ve always loved that ring, it’s always stuck out to me, so she gave it to Jake. They were in cahoots about the whole proposal. I love that I can always keep a piece of my mum with me.”
