According to the latest edition of The Globe, sources close to the situation say that Nicole’s everchanging look has many people wondering what might be really going on behind the scenes.

While Nciole herself claims that she’s never gone under the knife, other people believe that her face is telling a different story. That’s because she recently stepped on the red carpet for the Oscars with what looked like a brand new face.

Plastic surgeon Dr. Glenn Vallecillos, who has never worked on Nicole before, told the publication in a new interview that Nicole’s smoother mug and broader jaw showed signs of “volume distribution changes in her midface, which are indicative of aging and possibly poor placement of facial fillers. There is greater volume in her midface, which suggests fillers. Additionally, her jawline looks more pronounced. When overdone, jawline filler can masculinize the face in someone with slight features, such as Nicole.”

Dr. Vallecillos, who is based out of Los Angeles, also thinks that Nicole might have had a facelift in addition to all of the other work that she has had done. He puts it this way, “An asymmetric lower lip suggests she incurred some nerve weakening of the lower face as a consequence of the surgery.”

That said, Nicole herself has not made any comments about the matter, but she has always denied having any cosmetic procedures done in the past by saying, “No surgery for me!” We’ll update you with more details as they come in. Watch this space.
