When Daniel and Nicky are seen together, Kirk assumes that the two are in a romantic relationship. He worries about how Beth will flip out if she finds out that Daniel has moved on. It will make matters even worse when Beth realizes that Nicky looks a lot like Sinead.

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that Kirk points out Nicky to Craig. When he looks over, he just happens to recognize her. Even though Nicky looks so familiar, Craig can’t quite figure out where he knows her from. However, as viewers know, his memory will suddenly kick in later.

Beth Sutherland’s Rage

When Sinead was still alive but toward the end of her cancer battle, Daniel was caught kissing Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon). It wasn’t something planned and they both felt incredibly guilty about it. However, Beth found out about the kiss and she spent a long time spewing her fury at Daniel.

Even though Beth was there for Daniel when he went to a retreat to deal with his intense grief, the relationship between the two is complicated. At some point, Daniel will move on and start dating someone. But Beth has certain ideas about when an appropriate amount of time has passed (as well as everything else Daniel does, including raising his son). You better believe she will have a strong opinion on Daniel being with someone who looks like Sinead.

Custody Battle Coming Up?

When Beth finds out that Nicky isn’t a normal girl and is actually a sex worker, she will probably explode. If she happens to discover that Daniel paid Nicky to dress up like his dead wife and cuddle with him, Beth will probably question the widow’s mental stability. It might also result in Beth trying to take custody of Daniel’s little boy.
