Corrie spoilers reveal that after having a fun night with Nicky, Daniel is consumed with guilt. He regrets his actions and it will weigh heavily on him. Even though the widow has been assuring his loved ones that he is fine, he is still grieving. This will play a major role in Daniel’s new storyline that involves Nicky.

When Daniel and Nicky met, Adam was relieved to see that the widow actually looked happy. In fact, he seemed happier than he has been in ages. This makes Adam think that things are looking up for Daniel.

It seems likely that when Daniel shares his grief and guilt, Nicky just might surprise viewers. It’s true that she has no limits. However, it is hinted that she might also turn out to be an understanding friend. Could being able to talk freely about Sinead be just what Daniel needs? Those that know how bad Daniel got after Sinead’s death would automatically worry that he is headed in the wrong direction.

However, someone who doesn’t know all of that could just listen without prejudice. Could her strong personality reach Daniel where everyone else has failed? Could Daniel and Nicky turn their fling into an unlikely friendship, and perhaps something more down the road? We will have to keep watching the soap to see how this storyline develops.
