She is reluctant, but eventually agrees, which has the widow feeling “pathetically grateful.” However, she isn’t thrilled when Daniel wants the escort to wear more clothes that belonged to his dead wife, Sinead Osbourne (Katie McGlynn).

When he runs out of money to pay Nicky, he has resorted to asking for an advance on his paycheck. He even gets irritated if he can’t find someone who will watch his baby boy so he can go see the sex worker.

During the week of August 17, Daniel will once again ask to see Nicky again. She doesn’t want to and feels that what he is doing is unhealthy. The young widow refuses to accept no for an answer and resorts to begging Nicky for just an hour of her time. Even though she likes Daniel and there is an attraction, she knows that he isn’t over the death of his wife.

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that eventually, Nicky agrees to Daniel’s request. It is stated that Daniel is “pathetically grateful.” However, she isn’t happy about it because she already knows what to expect. The two do more than just talking about Sinead. It’s even gone past the point of cuddling. Last time, Daniel asked her to wear Sinead’s clothing and it obviously creeped her out. But at the same time, it has Nicky realizing that Daniel needs help and she can’t provide therapy for him.

According to Digital Spy, Daniel and Nicky’s appointment goes exactly as the escort expects. He has her dress up in more of his dead wife’s clothing. She hides how uncomfortable she is, but at the end of the appointment, Nicky cuts off Daniel.
