Coronation Street spoilers reveal that Craig (Colson Smith) is shocked to hear everything Faye has gone through. A source told the magazine that Craig isn’t angry that Faye cheated on him. In fact, he doesn’t even care about that. He is mostly upset that Faye was dealing with all of this one her own and what Ray had done to her. Actor Colson Smith told the publication, “For Craig, trying to do the right thing as a police officer and also the right thing by his friends is impossible! He understands that what Faye did to Adam was wrong — but what happened with Ray was also wrong.”

Craig had his own situation with Ray when he started poking around the Bistro office. He found the redevelopment plans, which sparked Ray trying to buy him off. When that didn’t work, he threatened Craig. He had no idea that Faye was going through something even worse.

One shocking development is that Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine) blames Faye’s confession on Craig. He accuses the police officer of coercing Faye to confess so he could get a promotion, which isn’t true on any level. Another surprising development in this storyline is how Adam responds when he finds out the truth. He tells the police that he doesn’t want to press charges against Faye. However, it might already be too late. Will Faye end up going to prison for the attack or will she be saved from a harsh judgment? We will have to keep watching the ITV soap to see how this storyline ends.
