Coronation Street Spoilers – Yasmeen’s Abuse

Yasmeen has been facing abuse at the hands of Geoff for a while but has been justifying it for all of this time. However, recently, after realizing that he had lied to her about a hotel being booked and also found out that he had been hiring prostitutes. This allowed her to see the real him. Not wanting to leave him, she set aside her concerns when she finds out that he might be suicidal. However, she still met up with the police to get information under Clare’s law and has a bag packed just in case she needs to leave quickly. However, she may not be able to leave before things get worse.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Things Go From Bad to Worse

Things do get worse in no time as pictures were released, showing the death of one of the two characters in upcoming episodes. The pictures show that Geoff has taken his abuse to a whole new level as he realizes just how much control he has lost over Yasmeen. Unfortunately for Yasmeen, Geoff installed cameras in the home and knows all about her plan to leave him. This leads him to take drastic measures as he steps up his abuse by starving Yasmeen.

In the pictures mentioned earlier, a mentally abused Yasmeen made to wear a dress that would normally be seen on a prostitute, cowards in terror as an angry and terrifying Geoff his holding a knife, probably threatening her with it. This will cause a scared Yasmeen, who knows that Geoff is dangerous, to grab a wine bottle nearby in order to defend herself.

She is trapped in a corner, she hits him with the bottle of wine, which causes the glass to break, and before she knows it, the glass cuts his neck. Grasping onto his throat, he falls to the floor. This leaves a horrified Yasmeen to dial 999 and tell the operator, “I’ve just killed my husband.”

This will show viewers just how far the abuse can go leading to the death of the abuser. However, something that Clare’s story, which leads to the creation of Clare’s law, has shown us that the victim can die as well, which is why the law is so important to help victims get help and learn about their spouse’s abusive past.
