Corrie spoilers previously teased that there would be a new long-term guest heading to the Rovers. We now know a little more information. His name is Scott and he is somehow part of Johnny’s shady past. His arrival will cause some problems and puts Johnny in a panic.

While Johnny is panicking, Jenny is oblivious to what’s really going on. A long-term guest means more revenue, so she gets busy making everything perfect for the new arrival. In fact, it is teased by Metro that Jenny plans on giving Scott the VIP treatment.

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that Johnny is so freaked out about Scott that he makes plans to visit his granddaughter in France. However, fans have to wonder if he plans on coming back at a later time or he is quite literally going on the run.

In fact, his plans to leave the county just when Scott arrives baffles Jenny. She is wondering in her mind why now? Then, she tells her husband that they don’t have enough coverage to leave the Rovers right now. But Johnny’s desperation gives him an idea.
