Coronation Street Spoilers: Memory Of John Stape Haunts Fiz Once More

Coronation Street spoilers, news, and updates tease that it’s revisiting John Stape’s (Graham Hawley) story, which will definitely stress Fiz Stape (Jennie McAlpine) out. Memories come rushing back as a journalist starts asking about Fiz’s infamous serial killer husband.

This isn’t the first time that memories of John come back to haunt Fiz. It has happened several times in the past, and it’s bound to happen once again.

Spoilers hint that Fiz will learn that a journalist approached Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) asking about Fiz’s late husband. The journalist wants to run an article in The Gazette about him.

Fiz will also learn as he speaks with the journalist over the phone that the publication is looking into serializing a book about John. After their conversation, Fiz tells Tyrone that she thinks that it’s all Phil Whittaker’s doing. She thinks he’s the one who started all this since he’s always been interested in crime and in John’s case.

Fiz Stape Doubts Tyrone Dobbs’s Loyalty?

Aside from the journalist digging into John’s past, the show may also revisit Alina Pop’s (Ruxandra Porojnicu) storyline. Fiz may once again feel insecure as she finds out that he has joined a Taekwondo course.

Fans may recall that Tyrone and Fiz recently reunited after the latter decided to forgive him for his betrayal with Alina Pop. Fiz reconciled with him shortly after she married Phil.

Fiz won’t be amused by Tyrone’s decision to attend the class. She shares the news with her friends, and Sean then brings up the time when Tyrone cheated on her. He reminded Fiz that when Tyrone joined a yoga class, he met Alina and, later on, had an affair with her.

Fiz Stape Worried

Sean’s warning leaves Fiz worried. But will Tyrone make the same mistake again? What assurance can he give her that he’ll remain loyal to her no matter what?

Paul had already left the cobbles, but Alina exited first.

“And that’s a wrap on Corrie! Thanks to everyone who encouraged and supported me. It meant so much,” Porojnicu said when she left the show.

“I worked with some of the finest people, who are not only extremely talented but very humble and caring. They made me feel welcome and a part of this beautiful family. TA EVERYONE!” she said.

But it doesn’t seem like it’ll be the last time fans see her on the soap.

“Well, that’s obviously a very clever thing that the writers did there, sending Alina off in that way, and of course, it leads into a future storyline,” he said.
