Meanwhile, Steve and Leanne Facetimed with a German doctor who might be able to help Oliver. In order to get the boy accepted, Leanne downplayed his symptoms and condition.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Oliver Battersby Rejected

Leanne is doing everything in her power to find a way to save her little boy. She didn’t mean to lie to the German doctor, but just wanted to give her son the best chance possible. However, Steve already knew that this would end badly and Leanne was being too optimistic.

Next week, Steve and Leanne will be told by the specialist consultant that Oliver is being rejected for treatment. There is simply nothing they can do for him.

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that after Leanne is told that her son has been rejected for treatment, she will be furious. She will go into a rage and ends up telling Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) that the doctors have “abandoned” Oliver. Even though that’s not true, that is how Leanne is seeing things. After all, she is already going through the grieving process and she feels powerless to help save her son.

While Leanne is telling Nick about how the doctors have given up on Oliver, he is distracted. He gets a text message from his son and is focused on that. However, it isn’t revealed if Leanne catches Nick only half-listening to her or not.

We will have to keep watching the ITV soap opera to see how Leanne losing a son, but Nick gaining one will affect the couple’s relationship. Especially when it comes time for everyone to say goodbye to Oliver forever.
